RSE
As we move into the last half term of the year, children in year 5 and 6 will have lessons about growing up, puberty and relationships. As we are not yet able to hold meetings in school, we have put a breakdown of the lessons on our website for you to look at, along with a PowerPoint which Mrs Gregory would usually use at the parents' meeting. We hope they are useful documents for you, and will prepare you for any conversations which may arise at home after such lessons. If you have any concerns or worries, please do let us know before these units are started after half term. Thank you.
In addition to this, Mrs Gregory usually holds a 'Changes Evening' for year 4 girls in the Summer. Again, we are unable to do this at the moment. However, if restrictions allow us, we plan to run this event in the Autumn term - when the girls will have started year 5. If, for some reason we are not allowed parents in at that stage, Mrs Gregory will run the event in school for the girls. We will, of course, keep you informed about which option we are able to proceed with.
